Meetings & Events

Please join us for the Annual Meeting Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 7:00 PM at Walkersville Community Church: 207 Braeburn Drive, Walkersville.  During the meeting, we will elect Members to serve on the 9 Member Board of Directors and approve the 2020 operating budget.  Nominations for the Director positions will be taken from the floor the night of the meeting.  Please consider serving our community.  
 
That said, we understand life is extremely busy; if you cannot attend the annual meeting, please review the enclosed budget and submit any questions or concerns you may have via the Contact Us page on our website:  www.deerfieldcommunityassociation.com, a magnet with this address is also enclosed.   Then, please complete the enclosed proxy, and return it in the self-addressed stamped envelope.  All proxies must be received November 20, 2019, to be counted.
